About me
I am a multimedia freelancer that is experienced in multiple types of marketing, social media, content creation, videography, photography and plenty more. I also have many years of in-depth experience with the automotive industry but am well versed in many other fields and areas of interest.
Currently I am a finishing my contract as full-time content creator for a classic car restoration shop. Meaning right now I am actively seeking a new long term position in maybe something new.
Even though I specialize in the automotive industry, I also have a long history of working in multiple other industries as well. I have an extremely wide range of skills from assembly, AutoCAD, WordPress, to retail, cashiering, manufacturing, to video editing, social media marketing. I'm even, a current student at a welding school in order for build my first project car next year!
As far as education and recognition, l have a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) from the Rochester Institute of Technology, on of the top 20 design schools globally, and business classes through Harvard.
During my time there and since, I have won multiple awards for my design and photo work which have been used and featured by Adobe, Trello, Wix, Unsplash, and NY Press Association. I primarily have a large following for motorsport and automotive photography, and social media. In fact, within 2 years I have grown my current garage's Facebook to 50k followers, which I am very proud of.
Right now I am open minded to many options. Something in travel photography perhaps, or maybe content or videos for a fitness app, or maybe furthering my interest in welding or 3D printing. I am more than willing to learn and experience new ideas and experiences that lie ahead.
The Reporter, the student-run magazine at Rochester Institute of Technology, won top 5 award in the New York Press Association’s Better Newspaper Contest, which was designed to measure other news outlets in categories such as news, photography, and advertising.
Approximately 4,000 entries are received each year and the most prestigious award is their first-place win for “general excellence."
Comments from the organizers:
“RIT’s Reporter is simply outstanding
in every aspect. From the intense,
bold look, to the strong and well-written stories really make this rise to the top. The photography, the graphic elements, the layout, the fonts, the justified columns, the page bleeds … really, REALLY outstanding. The entire team who work on these publications should be extremely proud of what they produce together.”

Truthfully I do multiple jobs and have multiple responsibilities here. When I am not doing that I am creating multiple social media videos and posts per day or monitoring automotive news looking for new customer leads or new area to market in.
Managed to gain the company 50,000 followers on Facebook in under 2 years, and helped them gain a vast amount of national recognition and attention through our videos.

Xerox
UI/UX Designer
Aug 2019 - Feb 2020
My main responsibility was to design and create the Glyph icon system which will be a part of Xerox's software update (called XIDS) which is set to release in 2022. This icon system was recreation and redesign of multiple merged icon sets to create a new more unified icon system.
These icons were made with a strict set style guide for a fluid modernized look and within 6 months over 7,000 icons and their working .svg files were created and carefully organized and cataloged for future company use. All components were designed and developed for Xerox's online library that I helped organize and code.
Once created, I was in charge of manually enter all individual icons into the company's online database and source site. This required transforming all icons into a glyph font library, add vocabulary/ keyword tagging to each icon, and publishing them successfully online for Xerox users and employees to locate and use them.
The Tint Shop
Lead Graphics + Production Designer
Nov 2018 - Aug 2019
Here I learned to design automotive wraps, store windows, walls murals, and other residential jobs. During my time there I also developed experience with different types of vinyl and perforated films for vehicle body wraps and gained knowledge in designing products for window graphics, wall decals.
While there I also learned the mechanical workings of all the printers and plotters, I was responsible for updating the company's social media, fixing their website's coding, and maintaining their internet ordering system. Later on, I also did all internal signage, internal forms, mockup templates, creating gift certificates, creating custom order sheets, social media and web promotions.
During my time here, I learned to install graphics on client vehicles as well as designed car stickers and promo items to help the shop make more revenue.

Graphic Designer + Project Manager
Jun 2018 - Nov 2018
I was the designer for a custom printing and graphic installation company. Here I gained a lot of experience with many different printers for specialized prints for material including banners, vinyl, books, stickers, and other manual CNC machines as well.
During my time here I designed and installed graphics for U of R, RIT, Rochester Schools 14 and 16, Three City Center, the M.A.G., and others. I gained a massive amount of installation experience with multiple different materials, such as window graphics, car wraps, asphalt art, 3D expo stands, realty signage, printed books, magazines, programs, packaging design, logo design, stair toe-kicks, and even materials that were used for a zoo installation at Seneca Zoo.
Here I also gained experience in pre-pressing and assembly. A key aspect of this role was also working on many different jobs at once and being able to manage time appropriately. Here we took walk-in jobs daily, processed construction bid blueprint jobs, state jobs, and long-standing jobs that sometimes took months to prepare.
Raymour & Flanigan
Senior Graphic Designer
Jan 2018 - Jun 2018
Here I worked on the design team where we were responsible for magazines, catalogs, websites, signage, marketing, commercials, ads, even bus wraps. My biggest daily responsibility was designing thousands of store event items which included emails, flyers, postcards with map information included on them.
I was also responsible for interior and exterior signage for many different events for multiple stores nationwide. I was the first to create a 3D showroom mockup rendering for a new store location proposal which helped obtain a new location successfully with the rendering I made.
Target
Logistics Operations + Fulfillment
Sep 2016 - Jan 2018
I took this job after I moved from Ohio back into New York. I had trouble finding a design job in Syracuse at the time. To keep myself employed, I worked here.
The job primarily consisted of unloading and moving freight from the early morning trucks, then filling new inventory onto shelves and organizing products.
I was also responsible for inventory control and management on the sales floor and backroom. Later on, I also took on many additional roles such as picking and pulling online orders which I later would package and process for shipment.
After 6 months, I ended up learning over half the roles and departments within the store and had built up a decent knowledge of logistics. I was even acknowledged for my feedback on how to better improve their existing system which they implemented..
Honda of America Mfg., Inc.
Assembly Line Worker (Temp)
Apr 2016 - Sep 2016
During my time here, I built 400 cars as a daily average which consisting of both Hondas and Acuras on the same assembly line. Here I was trained to do automatic and manual engines and dealt with multiple engine sizes.
The job was an extremely physical 10 hour shift with multiple types of very fast pace installations such as attaching a 30lb. wire harness to a firewall in under 42 seconds before starting the next car and repeating this process nonstop.
This job required an extensive 3-week training course prior.
I happened to score well enough to be assigned the most difficult part of the assembly line which was WT1 (wiring and transmission). WT1 was responsible for installing ABS braking systems, engine mounts, engine harnesses, and establishing the engine wiring.
Pottery Barn
Store Display + Stockroom
Jun 2015 - May 2016
This was a job I took shortly after moving to Ohio after graduating from RIT. This was just a part-time job to keep me employed until I found a job better suited to my degree.
At this job, I handled incoming products each morning, outgoing deliveries, internet orders, and occasionally assembling furniture for new store displays and loading furniture into customers' cars.
Over time I learned more departments and responsibilities to get closer to 40 hours each week. I started assisting visuals and seasonal store displays with new signage, window graphics, and other installments and my boss was very receptive to it.

The Reporter (R.I.T. Magazine)
Senior Editoral Designer
Sep 2014 - Jun 2015
This was R.I.T's campus magazine that was produced by a student-run organization. The program was funded by R.I.T. and offered on-campus job experience for design, photography, illustration, and writing students. Each magazine was published and released the first of each month, and each spread or article in the magazine was assigned a writer, an editorial designer (my role), and one illustrator or one photographer depending on the spread.
My role was to take the written article and the photo or illustration created by the other members for that article and mesh the two components together to make a seamless magazine spread that adhered to the magazine's strict style and color guide. This was the first team-based job I had as a designer, outside of my first few freelance jobs I had taken on and was a learning experience that I appreciated.
The group also provided open discussions and in-depth critiques on each article, on what worked or didn't work. This was great for getting critical feedback and for me to better improve as a designer. I also learned how properly format and package files, how to work off a group server, and gained a very in-depth idea on how to structure documents and elements more efficiently and neatly for others to use with ease.
Barnes & Noble (R.I.T)
Cashier/Customer Service
Jul 2012 - Jun 2015
During my time as a student at R.I.T. I worked at the college's bookstore. I was never without two or more jobs while attending college. Here I worked in every department with large product knowledge, I was also at the time an ASL translator for it’s multiple deaf students who were looking for textbooks. I always made sure to be available the first week of a new semester or quarter to helping new or transfer students prepare for move-in day and buying textbooks since it was always the busiest day annually.
I was involved in every event such as going to the store's new secondary location at the time to sell products at the college hockey rink during games, took part in the store's monthly story-time for young children that involved a mascot, face painting, and other activities.
